Beauty Haul

I went to SM Fairview again today to cash-in money in my G-Cash account. I bought some stuff from ebay and the seller prefers G-Cash payment. As usual, any trip to the mall these days will not be complete without going to any beauty store. Instead of going to The Face Shop, I went to Watson's.

I was just browsing when I saw another Korean beauty product that are recommended by some people from the forum I visit. The product is iWhite Korea. The good thing about this product: it's not expensive. I just hope that because the price is cheap, the quality will not be as cheap.

A closer look at my haul:
iWhite Korea Nose Pack (P17.00)

Yes, you read it right. A pack costs only 17 bucks! So if it does not work for me, then it's not a total waste.

Trim Nail Care Sticks (P34.75)

I'll be needing these sticks for my manicure this weekend.

So there goes another haul. =)

The Face Shop Haul 2

I went to SM Fairview this afternoon to pay for my Globe cell phone bill. Before going home, I decided to drop by The Face Shop to check out some products.

Lately, I've been reading reviews about face masks and how they help make the skin softer and smoother. Since it seems like I'm becoming a "beauty addict", I bought some face masks from The Face Shop.

A closer look at my haul:

The Face Shop Essential Ceramide Mask Sheet (P65.00)

The Face Shop Essential Pearl Mask Sheet (P65.00)

The Face Shop Rubycell Dual Tip Shadow Sponge (P95.00)

I also bought eyeshadow applicator because the one I'm using got lost. I'm going to use one of the face masks this weekend. Hopefully, it will not cause my skin to breakout.

The Face Shop Haul 1

I'm still loving my rockin' nails. A week has passed but they haven't chipped yet. That is what I love about the nail polish from The Face Shop. They don't chip easily. So I went to The Face Shop, TriNoma to buy another nail polish. I also bought other nail products.

L-R: TFS Nail Base Coat, TFS Nail Polish YL702, TFS Nail Top Coat (P95.00 each)

The top coat on my nails right now are from Elianto. They are pretty good since my nails are still lovely as ever. But I want to try the one from The Face Shop to see if it is as good as their nail polish. I'll post about it when I change my nail polish (which I think is not going to happen anytime soon. LOL.) =)

Etude House Haul 1

Since the first product I got from Etude House works for me, I decided to try their other products. I needed a new powder compact so I thought of buying it there. Luckily, today is payday so I have extra moolah just in case other stuff will catch my fancy. =)

A closer look at my haul:

Dream On Pact Slim & Cover No. 3 (P628.00)
Sweet Heart Creamy Body Wash (P378.00)
* I really could not resist this line. =)

Petit Darling Nails (P48.00)

Nail Art Pen (P148.00)

Code B Nail Art Pen (P148.00)

Precious Mineral BB Cream Sheer Glowing Skin (freebie because my purchases cost 1K up)

I also got the Lee Min Ho folder as a freebie. I'll definitely go back here for more beauty haul. =)

My Rockin' Nails

I'm totally loving my nails right now. :)

I had a manicure and pedicure last Saturday at Posh Nails Hand and Foot Spa, SM Fairview. The attendant who did my manicure have some drawings stamped on her fingernails. They're so cute I decided to avail of their nail art services.

Base Nail Polish: The Face Shop RD 301
Nail Polish Used for Nail Art: The Face Shop (I forgot the code number)
Top Coat: Elianto

The nail salon has the Konad Stamping Nail Art. They have lots of designs I had a hard time choosing what to use. In the end, I chose heart and stars.

Most of the people who saw my nails complimented them. They find it really cute. Hopefully, I would be able to buy Konad Stamping Nail Art soon so that I could change my nail art anytime I feel like it.

Review: Etude House Sweet Heart Creamy Body Lotion

I was not familiar with this brand until late last year when some of my friends introduced me to it because one of their favorite Korean stars, Lee Min Ho of Boys Over Flower, became an endorser. So on a trip to SM Megamall, we decided to pass by the newly-opened Etude House.

I really needed a new body lotion that time. My initial plan was to buy one from Marks & Spencer. But one of my friends urged me to buy from Etude House just so "we" could get the folder freebie with Min Ho's face on it. So my other friend and I bought some stuff from this store. My friend bought nail polish and other stuff while I bought the Sweet Heart Creamy Body Lotion.

When I first saw the packaging, I instantly fell in love with it. It's so cute. And it's pink! :) Then I used the tester and found the smell very sweet. I knew right then and there that I should buy this lotion.

After 2 weeks of using this lotion, my verdict is this: I LOVE IT!

It made my skin softer and smoother especially my elbows. It's not sticky and greasy. It did not break me out because I had experiences when rashes developed on my legs. So far, no breakouts. Just soft and smooth skin.

Will I buy this lotion again? Definitely!

Gifts Galore

We had our Christmas party this morning. My students enjoyed it even though I was a grinch (from having a sucky birthday yesterday). Good thing they did not notice my sour mood. They were focused on having fun and opening their gifts.
One of the perks of being a teacher is receiving gifts from my students during Christmas party. I received a lot today. Of course, I have to be honest. I got excited, too.

My mood is not sour anymore. :)
